Hi everyone! Plans for the 2011 show season are well underway. We started on May 28^th with the Series Show #1, followed on the 29^th with the Hunter Training Show. There have been a couple of rule changes, so be sure to check those out.

All of our Series shows this year are also Paint Approved Competitions. That means that if you are a member of the APHA, you can attend our shows and earn points for year end. We should see some extra ‘colour’ at the shows this year!

Also, our third series show in July is a Scotia Series show. Points can be earned at this show for year-end rewards with the NSEF.

And CNHP is offering three Bronze and two Gold Dressage Shows this year, along with our Horse Trials Event (Silver) in July. Please make plans to get out and supports those events this summer.

As for clinics this year, the club is offering one on July 4^th with Dressage judge Jo Young. Applications for this can be found on the Show Schedule page.

The work on the warm-up ring at CNHP has been completed. The ring has been enlarged, has proper drainage and has new footing. It is a great accomplishment for the club so far in 2011.
